To Open And Verify Your Paypal Account For Free, Just Follow The Steps Below.
* Go to www.google.com, then search for a usa address including the city, state, postal code, telephone and country which is USA.
* Then, goto www.paypal.com, click on sign up > premier user> then fill the form with the info u got from google.com.
* After that, goto www.netspend.com and click on the open an account green button. Fill the form with the same info you used in registering paypal.com. Netspend is free, they dont ask you for credit card or anything.
* Then, After registering with netspend.com, click on "LOAD"> PAYPAL TRANSFER, then you will see some info like this one belowbr /> Account type: Checking
Bank Name: MetaBank
Account Number: ************
Routing Number: ***********
* Copy out those info, then go back to paypal.com, log in then click on add bank account on the right side of the screen or click on "get verified status"> then link bank account. Fill the info you got from netspend.com in the filled provided, and you will get a bank account added successful page.
* Wait for about 2-3 days, paypal.com will send two small $$$ into your netspend.com account i.e, $0.2 & $0.9, that was what the sent to me. Copy it out then,
* go back to paypal.com, log in then click on confirm bank account on the right side of the page. Type in the two small amount u copied from your netspend.com account. Then click on ok
Thats all, the unverified status of your paypal account, will instantly change to verified.

* After that, goto www.minute-exchange.com, follow the simple instructions in that page and transfer your cash from your paypal account to your liberty reserve account.
* when the cash arrives in your liberty reserve account, usually in matter of minutes,
* go to www.e-naira.com and sell your liberty reserve to them and they will withdraw and send it to your naija bank account. E-naira is trust worthied thats why i prefer it.

Make sure you have a workin liberty reserve account. Buy some lr from www.goldnairaexchange.com. Open a paypal account wit a non-US and non-European address. Asia, africa etc is okay but it must be a country accepted by paypal. Now go to virtual-cc.com and buy virtual visa cc for paypal(just $7.50). Go to paypal and fill in ur cc details immediately u get d details in ur mailbox. After that go back to virtual-cc to notify them by fillin ur cc number in their homepage. After some hours, a mail will arrive in ur mailbox tellin u ur expuse number is ready. Go back again to vcc and fill in ur cc number in the same space and ur verification code comes up. Now head on to paypal to enter ur verification code and ur acc becomes verified
